What IS hypnosis?


It IS relaxation focused attention to your subconscious mind.

             

ALL hypnosis IS self-hypnosis – meaning that you are always in control and that the only thoughts and actions that occur when you are in a hypnotic state are the ones you want and match your moral compass. 

 

Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique that allows a person to enter a state of deep relaxation and heightened focus, where they become more receptive to positive suggestions that they want to help with issues and behaviors that they want to change, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, phobias, sleep disorders, being more confident and becoming a non-smoker. Hypnosis creates thoughts and feelings so real that the body reacts to them biochemically. 

One way that hypnosis can help a person is by unlocking their subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is the part of us that controls our beliefs, habits, and behaviors. However, many of these beliefs and habits are formed during childhood and can be deeply ingrained in our subconscious. Hypnosis provides a way to access this part of the mind and create positive change.
